We specialize in high-quality custom printing solutions, including vibrant T-Shirts and stylish spandex tablecloths. Our services allow for personalization with your business logo, ensuring a professional appearance for any event.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

The standard turnaround time for custom work is 7-9 business days. For bulk orders, the turnaround time extends to 10-14 business days. Please note that our business operates Monday through Friday, and we are closed on weekends.

What is your policy on deposits and payments for custom work?

To initiate any custom work, a deposit of 100% of the total product cost is required. This retainer fee is non-refundable. 

Can I receive a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?

Once the custom work process has begun, no refunds will be issued. It is important to review your order details carefully before making a deposit, as changes or cancellations after this point are not permitted.

How can I ensure my design is printed correctly?

To ensure precision in printing, it is crucial to submit your design in the correct format and resolution. We will provide mock-ups for your approval within 24-48 hours after receiving your deposit, allowing you to confirm that the design meets your expectations before production begins.

What format do the design file have to be?

For precision in printing, we accept png, svg, adobe photoshop, and illustrator file with a transparent background.

Can I supply my own t-shirts & garments?

Yes, but on the rare occasion that something were to misprint we cannot compensate you for the garment cost, only the printing fee.

Why does my new printed t-shirt smell funny?

The printing process itself can sometimes leave behind chemical odors from the inks or other materials used. Many textile printing techniques involve the use of solvents, resins, or other additives that can produce noticeable scents, especially when the garment is new.

What should I do if I have not received a response after placing a deposit?

If you have made a deposit but have not communicated with our team within 30 days, your contract may be voided. It is essential to maintain communication to ensure your project proceeds smoothly.

Where is your business located, and how are orders shipped?

Our headquarters is located in Greensboro, NC. All orders are shipped from this location, and we strive to provide timely delivery based on the specified turnaround times.
